Our team of professionals will utilize the enSircle software to proactively monitor all facets of your IT environment. The enSircle service includes the installation of special network and device probes that relay real-time health statistics back to our team 24 x 7.

The enSircle site monitoring can detect and send alerts when network and system problems are discovered.

Backup
New technologies built into today's desktop backup software enable both users and organizations to simplify the task and improve the effectiveness of desktop backups and recoveries. The enSircle team will assess your current backup strategy and tools, and if available utilize your current backup tools or recommend a backup solution.

Anti-Virus
The need for up-to-date virus protection is greater than ever before. With the increasing use and importance of e-commerce and e-mail, corporate systems have an increasing exposure to more hackers and destructive viruses.

The enSircle team will review your current Antivirus and Security strategy and as appropriate, use the Antivirus program in use or recommend additional tools for your environment to protect servers and desktop systems from harmful viruses.

Patches/Updates (OS)
To help protect your computer from the latest Internet threats, it's important to install new security updates as soon as they become available. With the enSircle proactive patch services, we review the released patches and hold off distribution to the desktop until tested and proven to be error free. The released patch is then distributed to the managed PC via the Windows Auto Update feature.

Mapped Drives
Today's Windows server environment and desktop drive mappings are becoming more complex. The enSircle Windows experts will manage integrating consistent drive mappings for users logging into different workstations and traveling professionals that require access to shared folders.

Online Folders
An age-old challenge when supporting mobile users is deciding where to locate the important data that your users need to perform their jobs. Users generally prefer that you locate the data on their laptop hard disk so that they can have quick and easy access to it. However, they might rethink their choice if something goes wrong and they lose their files.

Using Offline Folders, you can make a My Documents folder that points to a network share available to mobile users when they aren't connected to the network. The enSircle team will define the folder’s Properties page or Group Policy to redirect the My Documents folder.
